When a dedicated and stimulating faculty is combined with a student body eager to learn and willing to work, the result is a record of consistent academic excellence. Our teachers are well-grounded and deeply interested in their fields, and their enthusiasm is contagious. From them, the student gains not only facts but knowledge, and understanding as well as information. Textbook material is richly supplemented by lectures and further exploration in class discussion, thus faculty-student con- tacts are close, and all learn from one another. Edison students have always compiled an enviable record of academic achievement. ,.,.n-- Cerry Rich, Jill Lambeth, Linda Selman, Barbara Murray and John Sieler visit France vicariously in Mrs. Griffin's class.
