Dan Sauer and Ron West On Sunday, May 24, the senior class of 1988 said, Aloha to their friends, .family, and Echo High School. Wearing royal blue caps and gowns, the nine seniors took their final steps of high school. Delbert Gehrke, salutatorian, spoke about achieving goals, while guest speaker. Dr. Eugene Gregory, spoke about life. After scholarships and diplomas were received, the traditional candlelighting ceremony took place. When the song Wipe Out cut through the silence, the caps flew into the air and smiles appeared on their faces. We wish them all good luck and happiness.
