Delbert Jordan Citizenship Awards The Citizenship Awards for the first semester were presented to Carol Ann Ottum and Russell Sloop. The High School Faculty and the High School Student Body voted for their choice. At the graduation in 1953, Clarice Stamper and Bud Graham were awarded those honors.
