I will now anempt to turn back the hands of time to 1952. Having gotten over the trium- phant joy of receiving our Eighth grade diplomas, we had settled down to the chore of being Facetious Freshmen. Mr. Vander Geest and Miss Hokenson sponsored our class, with Bob Bailey. President; Mel Weber, Vice President; Carol Latislaw, Secretary; Jim Rosenbaum, Treas- urer; and Virginia Dillon, Reporter. As we made our entrance into our second year in high school we called ourselves the Super Sophomores having the same two sponsors again, (Mr. Vander Geest and Miss Hokenson), we were on our way with hope running high. Our officers were; Jim Rosenbaum, President; Jerry Hauch, Vice President; Carol Latislaw, Secretary; Henry Schaus, Treasurer; Phil Alexis, Student Council Rep.; Bob Rakauski and David Krieger, Reporters. Now in the year of 1955-56 we were called the Jumping Juniors. Our officers were: Sandy Beringson, President; Allana Murphy, Vice President; Barbara Alexis, Secretary; Virginia Dillon, Treasurer; Judy Briney, Rep.; Donna Russell, Student Council Rep. Our sponsors were Mrs. Ashlock and Mr. Vander Geest. As we entered our last year in high school we were known as the Stupendous Seniors. We have new sponsors this year. They are Mr. Arter and Mrs. Hubbard. Our officers for the year are; Don Pica. President; Phil Alexis, Vice President; Barbara Alexis, Secretary; Donna Schil- ling, Treasurer; Don Baiers and Bob Rakauski, Student Council Rep.; and Sandy Schadt, Reporter. Now we are at the end of our school years. We hate to leave the school and all our friends, but we must go on as all others before us have gone on. In our senior year we’ve sponsored sup- pers, dances, car washes, and just about everything we could think of to raise the money that we needed for our trip to New York. We are ready for graduation - the one thing that we have been waiting for and we are all a little sorry that it has come. Henhall Duneatz
