It seems like home to sit in here, And while away the time, And listen to the murmur of; Children, For a goal they work to find. It seems only as yesterday, When we came up your hall, To slumber through and say ado, To you—one and all. We've been treated with courtesy, And guided by the hand, Of honest looking fellows, And the best teachers of the land. Although we're growing up now, We can look back down the trail, And see the happy times we’ve had, That now do not prevail, We've wanted to graduate, For many years that's true, But we didn't know we'd have to say.
