For practice, the members often substitute for teach- ers who have been called away for teacher's meet- ings or other such appoint- ments. Through this Way they gain valuable experi- ence. THIRD The Future Farmers of America is an organization designed to advance agricul- ture. The Eastwood chapter is no excep- tion and is rated high in its activities. The chapter members continued to score high in the competitive contests of Parliamen- tary Procedure and Public Speaking as Well as doing an outstanding job in the public service field. The chapter members sold highway safety signs to area farmers and also supplied the local citizens with garden seeds for their spring gardens.
