UR PRE IDE ' MESS GE There are no more vital years in life than those spent on the campus of a Christian college. It is here that lessons are learned, horizons are broadened, friendships are formed and decisions are made which affect all the after years. The Christian student is presented with abundant opportunity to think great thoughts and dream great dreams. He explores new fields of knowledge under the careful guidance of his tutors, exchanges new ideas with his fellow students, and tries to relate all he learns to his Christian faith. The ever-present necessity of earning a living while studying makes the pursuit of a college education a strenuous assignment. But the Christian student knows that all that is worth while in life comes only as the result of toil and strug- gle. He learns to accept every task as a challenge and to fulfill every obligation with painstaking care. He becomes a responsible person, facing all of the prob- lems and demands of life with courage and fortitude. It is this happy combination of the theoretical and the practical which makes life at E.N.C. so rewarding. The student who, despite the rigorous experience, perseveres to the successful completion of his college course will find himself adequately prepared for life. He will have deep within him the abiding conviction that, with Christ, he can be more than conquerer. m...4.f wt
