Usually one thinks of the ballet in terms of beautifully executed pantomimes performed with elaborate scenery and accompanied by fitting music which weaves its melodies throughout the ac- tion. Marie Terranova, however, proves that a water ballet can be just as graceful and striking as that of the stage. Since most of us are looking for a perfect method of relaxation, let us con- sider the particularly appealing plan chosen by Joan Boettcher, Completely at ease and without a care in the world, she floats contentedly in the Eastern pool.
