Many peculiar plants, such as the cactus, have grown and flourished in our con- servatory under the care of these Science teachers. Not only plants have been analyzed, but even such lowly creatures as the angleworm and the locust. Mr. Feeman, in the above picture, has just taken the cover oft the dessicator, and the students are a little fearful wondering if something might jump out at them. Lois Manning, Herman Lange, Hyrtl Fe mathematicians just sitting quietly like this without a pupil or two lean- ing on their desks, wondering how on earth two different equations can be made to come out correctly. They will soon have to help some poor fellow at the hoard who is trying to make angles and triangles meet. Science
