Language There are always some Cvery iewl scholarly looking people on board, either reading ot Aeneas' wander- ings or patiently studying French verbs and pronunciations, while the more brilliant students hide smiles behind their hands at this queer language that is being spoken. Three of the students, apparently feeling they have mas- tered Latin as a language, have laid aside their books and turned to the curio case to learn something cf Roman lite and art. Our present Hall System, due to the splendid cooperation which exists between the chief duty guide, the hall sergeants flower picturei, and hall officers, has worked out very Well this past year. This system has been successfully carried out by the STUDENT COUNCIL fupper picturel, made up ot able representatives from the various home rooms, and working in cooperation with the faculty. These representatives, acting as spokesmen tor their groups, learn the pupils' desires and voice them for dis- cussion at the regular meetings. Why tramp home after the strenuous fourth hour, when you can go down on first deck and have a tasty bite in the cafeteria?
