Our present Hall System, due to the splendid cooperation which exists between the chief duty guide, the hall sergeants flower picturei, and hall officers, has worked out very Well this past year. This system has been successfully carried out by the STUDENT COUNCIL fupper picturel, made up ot able representatives from the various home rooms, and working in cooperation with the faculty. These representatives, acting as spokesmen tor their groups, learn the pupils' desires and voice them for dis- cussion at the regular meetings.
