Block EA,' Club, and was one of the big 5 on EA's Basketball team. Chuck is from Tucson, Arizona, and has attended EA for the past two years.

MAN OF THE YEAR College President Paul E. Cuitteau became the 16th Man of the Year at Eastern, and the first to twice re- ceive the honor at the 23rd annual Homecoming, November 4. In 1954, President Cuitteau received Man of the Year honors after initiating a building and improvement campaign that has changed the skyline at EAIC. Among the choice phrases used by Alumni President Larry Crockett in making the award were member- ship in the State Junior College Systemv and continual efforts toward improving the college. Planning,,'. energy, Uenthusiasmf' patience, and at times uimpatiencev-these describe the revolution in education at Eastern under President Guitteau. The result has been prosperity unequaled in college history a current plant valued at over 1 million dollars, a vast million dollar expansion program, and an enrollment that has risen over 300 per cent in 10 years.
