DEIJICA T IUN nussm Lunnm It is no small mark of distinction that the man we honor this year left room for doubt as to his sewice to the school and in a larger sense to the entire community. A major portion of his life has been spent here at Eastern Arizona Junior Col- lege. From a young man fresh from the halls of Brigham Young University he has grown in stature at the college and inthe community. His keen mind has been a catalyst to thousands of young men and women who have come under his instruction in 20 years of teaching chemistry and the biological sciences. b M His decision to leave Eastern brings sorrow to us allt And so to Mr. Russell Lundell, for the profound knowledge which he im- parted to the young people who have passed this way, we, the staff, dedicate the 1962 Oasis.
