Of course, red and white arc her favorite colors, since she is one of our ton cheerleaders. Beside cheering. Betty has hcen very active in class affairs, the Student Council and Honor So defy. Lucille Salzano 280 Adorns Street Lucille is a rather shy girl until you get to know her. Her quirt disposition plus her sweet and modest way add up to a person well liked by all. Her culm and efficient manner of getting work done will no doubt be to her advantage in the coming years. John Joseph Serio 40 Garrison Street Friendly and always prepared with a witty remark is Johnny. A wonderful guy to have around when thing get dull. He is a lover of all types of sports, and hopes to master the art of doing the rhumba one day. A member of the Key dub. Johnny is at present undecided as to hi future. George John Scheider 47 Haukins Street Satch. as he is known to hi took advantage rtf his years at East Side to participate in sports, lie was on the basketball tram for three years, and the baseball for fn it. Loretta Torres 99 McWhorter Street She's very wise itntl not so tall, tor precious things ate very small. This heat describes Loretta. She loves howling, dancing, and going to the movies. We are jure she will Bod happiness in the future because of her bright disposition. Dorothy Tucker 198 Thomas Street Rose M. Vidam 70 Wall Street Quirt and charming, Rosie can usually be seen with her best pal Janice. A eonsci-rntiouj worker, she holds down two after school jobs. Her plans for the future arc uncertain, but we feel sure that she will come out on top in whatever she does. Dorothy has the nicest dimples, and because of this she is known as Honey Dimples. She enjoys skating and takes part in the Civil Air 1‘atrol and the Junior l.cagucrs. Her plans for the future are not certain but we are positive that she will be successful in whatever she choo cs to do. Nicholas Verderese 288 Walnut Street A good looking guy who is well liked by everyone because of his pleasing personality. Nick likes sports, particularly swimming and baseball. Alter graduation Nick plans to continue his work at the National Newark and Essex Bank. Best of Luck.
