FRESHMEN 19)4 I Class Log Feb. 1—Came aboard for the first time. Marched around with our chests out. Attacked by Seniors. Feb. IS—Still in the fog. Can’t find half of the rooms; maybe the Seniors gave us the wrong direction. March —Sailing clear. Having trouble with Algebra. April —Short Easter vacation—no homework for a whole week. May —Weather getting warmer. Miss Mockridge shows us beauty in a fog. June —Started cramming for exams. Everyone passed (?). Vacation began. What a life! Sept. —Eagerly returned (?) after very peaceful (?) vacation. Oct. —Began to realize what we forgot over Summer. Nov. —Richard Schmidt began running after the Senior girls. Dec. —Tried to bring our marks up (Christmas is coming). Feb. —Vacation fine—exams not so hot!” SOPHOMORES 193 5 Feb. —Sophomores!!! What a relict not to be called Freshmen any more by the Seniors. March —Got used to Miss Roys’s daily tests. April —Three-quarters of class went to their grandmother’s funeral. (Bears open baseball season). May —An epidemic of Spring Fever. June —As usual, exams—boy! Were they stiff!! Planning vacation. Sept. —Back from vacation. Class organized. Peter Knott elected president. Oct. — Gaul as a whole is divided into three parts”—Caesar getting tougher. Galloping through Ivanhoc.” Nov. —Thanksgiving vacation. Some took an extra week off to recuperate. Oec. —Class gave program—only 2A’s allowed. Also started collecting dues. Jan. —Right! As usual!! Exams and then promotion. JUNIORS 1936 Feb. —Juniors!! Big shots” now; went to assembly with Seniors! Gladys Cicchino elected class president. March —Dance class started. Got enough nerve to go to 4A dances. April —The sea is roogh—I mean the subjects are tough!!! May —Began spending our lunch periods in the park. June —Class (?) went out to Oakdale in Orange Mountains. Sept. —Returned all sun-tanned from our vacation. Oct. —Stahntcn chosen president, Nunziant the Treasurer; gave his famous long treasury reports. Page Tunity-four

Class Log 'ov. —Held two one-act plays— The Obstinate Family” and Bardell vs. Pick- wick”—big success. Dec. —Studied the whole Christmas vacation for coming exams. We want to be Seniors. Jan. —Just before exams, Kapsky turned Communistic. SENIORS 1937 Feb. —Today we are Seniors!!! Feb. 10—Chose Officers: D.mi.1 Freeman President Marie Dc Luca Vice President Helen Juracek Secretary Francis Nunziant Treasurer Casimcr Pomianck Sergeant At Arms Feb. 17—Began planning for Senior Prom. Ffb. 23—4B’s versus Honor Society in basketball game. Still can t find real score. Feb. 26—Ring committee got to work. Mar. 4—Got up nerve and challenged 4A’s to a basketball game. March —Wrecked by Senior A’s. O! Ych!” April —Wore a tic to school everyday—had Miss Campion for history. April 9—Put Radio Show” over; Kukla ran away with the show. May 4—The 4A boys and girls played the 3A’s basketball. May 7—Senior Prom. Oh! What a time!!! jUNE —Watched Senior A’s graduate. We arc next! SEpt. —All returned again. Fisher began preaching for radical changes. Oct. i Picnic to Tulip Springs. We had some” game of football. Oct. 12—Frances Lcffcrson put a small red apple on Mr. Miller’s desk. Oct. 15—We wrecked Senior B’s; And how! Oct. 27—Photographer: Why do you look so mad?” Joe Spicer: Mrs. Okin just told me the prices.” Oct. 29—Hallowe’en Dance—Pomianck won door prize. Mr. McCracken put salt in the punch. Nov. 19—4A play Peg O’ My Heart.” What a hit! Dec. —Wondering how we got our psychology essay finishes!. Jan. —Graduation!!! The night we are waiting for!
