Class Poem S. S. JANUARY. ’38 We’ve sailed along together m In- mat her bright and fair, But also in the rain and storm u e're tried to do our s tare. When uork was done and time was free, we'd gaze up at tlx mast, And truly wish within our ! carts I k trip would soon he past. Four years ago we boarded this, our ship of high school days. Bewildered as we stood on deck, strange faces met our gaze. Unconsciously, amid long days, we learned to smile and grin. But better still, we learned to know the wart that's deep within. Now all too soon our trip has come abruptly to an end. We'll (tart from each with smiling lips and each one as a friend. Now must our ways be parted, and I know 'twill bring great pain, For only as a memory uill our Senior Class remain. Dorothy Kobetin. Class Song Tunc: Anchors A weigh. March, Seniors, down tlx field March on to fame. Keep all your spirits high And you will win life's roug xst game. Put in the best you tare; T tis precept teed And if you give your best. In your chosen field you're sure to lead. Irene Wiest. Pane Tueuly-two
