Sinofsky's track team of I953 bettered last season's record by notching three victories against six defeats. W. Milano, the shot-put and disc throwing star, ended the season with a total of 57 points, followed closely by D. Rusin with 52 VI. The other trackmen who performed excellently in every meet were L. Taranto, J. Smalz, J. Murray, V. Valente, and R. J0e's got it made. but Vic? in for ai surprise. Mensing' R. Frey, R. Holzapfel, Red Solowinski, and L. Crack! lt's just another hard hit ball by a member of the Wild- cat baseball team under the coach- ing of Mr. W. Eigenrauch. This past season, the squad finished with a record of nine wins against six defeats. W. Shepherd, along with C. Simmons, Tut Ferraro. L. Catuzzi, C. Knichel, J. Mc' Mahon. R. Bednarczyk, D. Pavlick. and J. Pollak. were the deciding factors for a good season. Tut Ferraro outshown his team-mates by hitting the long balls and playing fine defensive ball, but it takes team-work to win and the Wildcats had plenty of it.
