The long and hard search for the many missing children of America started with many T.V. commer- cials, advertising, etc. Then the music celebrities got into the swing of things by providing aid for the starving people in Africa and for the many suffering farmers of our own country. Halley's comet was also a topic of interest to our society. President Reagan made some headway during the summit talks with Gorachev, while back in New York Lady Liberty is on her way to ressurrection. Meanwhile, in the small world of Rutherford county, the county championship trophy was on our minds. The chance to recover what we deserved was taken advantage of by our fighting football players. In the political view of our school, the new female president seemed to keep things in order. Now that 1985 is over, there are many new and exciting experiences to encoun- ter in 1986.
