Anyone who has taken a course in social studies and passed it or has an interest in His- tory may become a member. The History Club sponsored the Home: coming Dance, helped needy fam- ilies at Christmas, and raised mon- ey for new curtains for the stage. Faculty, clubs, and students dis- played their interest in the holidays. The Spanish I classes made pinatas, and the French classes made Christmas cards. The F.H.A. decorated a tree to brighten everyone's face. The S.G.A. sponsored a faculty-student game to help raise food for the needy. The admission was one can of food. Such clubs as the Jr. Civitans and the Keywanettes gave Christmas parties at Rutherford Elementary to the TMH classes. 182 Christmas
