Flashes of excitement are seen at pep rallies as we gather to cheer our athletes, have fun and burn energy. The band, the noise, the color and the cheerleaders always help to ease the tension of a routine school day. When one goes to junior high one doesn't expect the true life of high school. When finally at East, new friends are met and life-long friendships are established.
