KITCHEN ST A FF (l ft to right) Mrs. Keane, Mrs. Kiernan, Mrs. Pierro, Mrs. Sandano, Mrs. Griffiths. Day after day, the kitchen staff serves several hundred meals to the students of ERHS. They prepare the food, as well as serve it. Throughout the last few years they have made constant changes broadening the variety and improving th • quality of the food. This year an important addition was made to the menu. For those people who wanted some natural nutrition, health foods were introduced. They include cottage cheese, wheat germ, honey and many more. With the help of the kitchen staff our menu now ranges from fattening ice cream to natural wheat germ. 29
