DEDICATION Dear Mr. Roscoe, The past six years that we have known you have been exciting and memorable ones for us. You entered the school when we, as hesitant seventh graders, did, and you have been a part of our class ever since that first day. As a teacher, you opened our minds to the fascinating world of science through your classes in general science, biology and chemistry. Through your patience and gentle sense of humor, we have learned not to be squeamish when dissecting frogs and to use scientific methods in solving problems. As an advisor, you have given us your able counseling and have helped to make our class the class it is. Your confidence gave us strength when things looked bleak. Your loyalty when we were faced with defeat was a great comfort. Through the frenzy of Rock Rivalry, the prom, noisy class meetings, and class dances, you helped us to organize ourselves and to work to the best of our abilities. Most important to us, however, is that you have been our friend. No matter who we were, you showed a genuine interest in each one of us as an individual. When we were faced with problems we could always go to you. Now that our days at E.R.H.S. are drawing to a close, it is fitting that we should take this opportunity to express our heartfelt appreciation. It is with great pleasure that we dedicate the 1964 ROCK to you as a token of our gratitude and everlasting friendship. The Senior Class
