A quiet young man, he can usually be heard asking, “What d’ya say?” Sonny plans to join the United States Navy or work after graduation. An exponent of the raised eyebrow, Joan can be easily recognized by her very individual laugh, and her extensive wardrobe. WILLIAM GARAY Bill, the big man with the little car, always appreciates a good joke. Bas-betball, physics and singing are just a few of his “little ideas” of fun. WILLIAM DUTTERA A tall, easy-going fellow, Bill Dut-tera is a devoted band member. He prefers Judy and “hi-fi” to anything else. Bill, a well-mannered gentleman, plans to attend college after leaving East Rockaway High School. JEAN FARINA A dark beauty, animated conversationalist; talented dancer and enthusiastic worker ... all this is Jeanie. Jean likes happy people, clothes and boys. MARGARET GARDNER Known for her amiable disposition and neat wardrobe, Margie has a keen wit, flirtatious manner and we can’t forget her driving! Photogenic “Madge”, a willing worker and lover of humanity, plans to be a nurse. EDWARD GARGIULA Eddie has been the “holder of the class purse strings” for our senior year at East Rockaway High School. Our efficient treasurer is also our class artist and musician. Ed loves to bowl but does not like to see Mr. Pollock beat him out of Peanuts! This versatile student plans college after graduation.
