PHILIP CAMPBELL Phil, the rosy cheeked tenor of the senior class, makes friends wherever he goes. A lover of music, he portrayed “Marco” in the “Gondoliers”. One of the future Big Ben tycoons, Phil’s greatest ambition is to attend the U. S. Coast Guard Academy. Chorus; Operetta lead; Singers; New York State Music Competition; Senior Band Officer; Rock Rivalry; Gym Leaders; Varsity Track. JUSTIN CHAPEL Completing his high school career at East Rockaway, Jay has made a name for himself as an outstanding athlete and the wittiest boy in the class of '58. Jay comes to us from St. John Prep where he was a member of the Catholic school champion relay team. This tall, dark, and handsome lad claims every page of his black book is filled! BARBARA CIPRIANO “Bobbie loves to dance and listen to good music. She is always helpful, friendly and constantly laughing. GEORGE DATZ The jovial pounder of the bass drum is Georgie Da?'. Georgie, a good-natured gentleman, claims his first love is his blue Plymouth convertible. One of our many boat fans, George plans to enter the Coast Guard. Senior Band; Rock Rivalry; Service Squad. JUDITH GRAY DICKSON Judy is an all around sport. Always having fun, her gay laugh and mannerisms seem to rub off on everybody. Judy could be classified as the “Happy-go-lucky type,” but this does not keep her from being a conscientious worker and a bundle of school spirit. She plans to be a nurse after graduation.
