Command Performance: “Tickling the ivories.” Critics Claim: Because of her friendly nature “Rose” will get along wherever she goes. BRUCE HENDRICK Billing: “Brucey” Characteristics: Lopsided grin; trying to get people to spell his name without an “s”; swell sense of humor. Command Performance: Vacations three days a week and still gets high marks. Critics Claim: In Bruce, there is a potential mathematical wizard. MARGERY HICKS Billing: “Peggy”; “Jix”; “Penny” Characteristics: Wide-eyed expression; love of the Navy; wit; bright smile. Command Performance: Cheering the Rocks on; being a lot of fun; behind the footlights. Critics Claim: Peggy will find a place for herself in the drama world. HELEN HIGGINS Billing: “Josie” Characteristics: Always ready for a laugh and a good time; snappy personality; tantalizing green eyes. Command Performance: Peppy cheerleader; activity in sports. Critics Claim: This future member of the WACS will never, be dateless.

Command Performance: Getting top marks in all her classes without plugging. Critics Claim: Carol has a lovable personality, poise and ability. NORMAN GLUF Billing: “Normie” Characteristics: Teasing everyone; curly hair; impish laugh. Command Performance: Hurdler and high jumper on track team. Critics Claim: With “Norm’s ability to get along with others, he should he a “Top-notcher” under any circumstances. MARION GOODY Billing: “Lou”; “Goody” Characteristics: Being lovable and happy; having enviable hair. Command Performance: Baking luscious chocolate cakes. (.ritics CAaim: As a nurse Marion will raise the temperature of all her patients. GERTRUDE GROSHIEM Billing: “Gertie” Characteristics: Big brown eyes; dark wavy hair; swaying walk. Command Performance: Athletic ability; champion gum cracker; turning out masterpieces in shop. Critics Claim: Gertie will he an efficient homemaker for some lucky man.
