Mr. Voighl' Archer was a nalive Easl Rocheslerian who became clerk of lhe school board in l942 and served failhliully unlil lhe lime of his dealh. He spenl many hours on his work and his records were highly lauded by lhe slale audilors for lheir compleleness and accuracy. Anyone who came in conlacl' wilh him, found him lo be very friendly: and he was well liked by bolh The sludenls and lhe faculiy.
