To the Members of the Graduating Class: Each year the LION presents for us a colorful portrayal of the activities and the progress of our college. It serves as a vivid reminder of the untiring efforts of a dedicated faculty and staff; it serves also as a most gratifying reminder of my enriching associations with you, the members of the class of 1964-65. We are indeed proud that many of our graduates are assum- ing important positions of service to this great nation and are making meritorious contributions to mankind. I know that you, too, will go forth to accept, with dignity and honor, the challenges and the responsibilities that await you. Many of the facts that you have learned soon will be forgotten ; but if you have gained direction and a true sense of value and of worth, then you will have taken a giant step forward in the noble process of education.
