What do we gain from our PHYSICAL EDUCATION classes? We gain nothing if bodies sound enough to carry us through life are nothing ... we gain noth- ing if fun and excitement are noth- ing ... we gain nothing if sports- manship and the ability to accept defeat are nothing. We instruct youngsters not only in Poetry and Geometry, but also in living and life. By word and deed we lead, coach, and guide our students in many extracurricular activities. Who can deny the rela- tionship between the intensity of our activities outside the class- room and the success of our efforts within?
