There has been unparalleled progress in our town during these past fifteen years. Chance did not bring us to our present high level of development, and chance will not make us “better tomorrow.” On these pages, you see a few of the persons who have devoted their talents and time to making our system faithful to the high standards of the past and equal to the ever- changing demands of the future. Theirs is a great responsibility and an endless task — seldom appreciated, but continually rewarded by the smooth efficiency and high quality of the East Longmeadow schools. They fully deserve the honored title: “Educators.” Robert J.
