Rowe Supervising Principal ADMINISTRATION AND BOARD OF EDUCATION Herschel V. Rowe, Supervising Principal, is responsible for the improvement and supervision of the school curriculum. In his second year at Leyden, Mr. Rowe is also in charge of assemblies and the compiling of departmental requests prior to their sub- mission to the Superintendent. The responsibility of compiling the budget, procuring materials and equipment, and supervising the clerical staff lies with Frank B. Cullen, Business Manager. He also is in charge of cafeteria accounting. ln cooperation with the Buildings and Grounds Superintendent, he assures himself that the buildings and grounds are maintained efficiently and effectively.
