L. H. S. with fond memories and hearty expectations. Efficiently fulfilling their official duties during the year for the Junior Class were Marilou Mausteller as president, Bob Powell as vice president, Kathryn Hildebrand as secretary, and Bill Roy as treasurer. From the Junior ranks, Steve Lamphear served in the Student Council as vice president with Donna Reuling, Brian Elmer, Tom Kerrey, and Phil Wood also representing the class. With the help of the class sponsors, Miss New- house, Mr. Smith, and Mr. Graper, the year passed smoothly and successfully. Mi WMA Being the first in E.L.H.S. to sell football and homecoming pins, the class made a substantial profit. The attractive Junior Prom this year, On The Town, held on February 21, was capably organ- ized by co-chairman Judy Studt and Gordon C-ainer and was a highly successful party. On April 10th the curtain rose on the Junior play Our Miss Brooks, It was directed by Warren A, Richard with the able assistance of Janice Noble, Assistant Director,and Brian Elmer, Assistant Pro- ducer, Climaxing the prosperous year was the annual Junior-Senior banquet on June 4th. r 'I ll '-, un' 9 Q'
