Citizenship Chairman Lloyd Willbrandt directed his committee in school-wide pro- motion campaigns. Dick Dahl, chairman of publicity and promotions committee, publi- cized the school events of the year. Social Chairman loan Strudthott and her committee planned the social calendar tor East. Mariys Niedert, co-chairman of orientation committee, puts the finishing touches on the designing of Christmas cards sent to neighboring schools. Parties Spark Social Whirl East became a gala arcade and a busy television center at two of the semester's biggest parties.
