lUWHHH HIGH HIHHl A pilot does not win his wings in a day: neither do we acquire a high school education in a moment. The flier advances by stages until he receives his reward: we move by classes until we gain our diplomas. . . . During our sophomore year we become oriented to the new atmos- phere. By the time we are juniors we have gained confidence in the significance of our contribution to the school community. As seniors in a world at war we have applied ourselves assiduously to the task of developing skills with which to serve ourselves and others and philosophy with which to meet the present and the future.
