Quill Tells It Like It Was ' RONALD BECHTEL Co-Editor Under the leadership of Co-Editors Ron Bechtel and Kathy Lettington, and Managing Editor Paula Fuchs, this year ' s staff of 26 students have undergone many hours of hard planning in order to provide us with the yearbook. The yearbook is divided into six sections, with a certain number of pages assigned to each staff member . Their job is to layout the pages, crop pictures, and finally to write all copy for pages assigned to them. Special mention should be given to photographers: Rick Allison (chief photographer), Ed Green, and Dave Klinefeldt; editorial and photography adviser, Mr. Christian; advertising and photography adviser, Mr. Lethcoe ; and business adviser, Mrs. Hemer. 1970 SCROLL STAFF One of the main objectives of any newspaper is to keep the reader informed. The 1970 Scroll Staff successfully ful- filled the duties and obliga- tions of keeping both the stu- dent body and the alumni in- formed of news at East. Under the leadership of Co-Editors Mar cia Macaulay and Doug Priebe, Managing Editor Susie Smith, and Business Manager Joyce Fife, the staff of fifty were required to report accu- rate facts along with interest- ing details, which together make up superior stories in the Scroll.
