JOHN HUNTER As we conclude another school year we must say farewell to another group of grad- uates, We hope that you have enioyed your stay at East High School, and that you have benefitted from your every choice in our cur- riculum. You have successfully passed one of life's milestones and it is our sincere wish that you may carry on in this same successful manner in your future endeavors. JOHN PANIK Assistant Principal You have been engaged in building a foundation for your adult life. Just as the builder of material things must constantly strive to improve his product to meet the fierce com- petition in business, so must you be determined not to stand still. The mere possession of po- tentials does not guarantee their appropriate use so continue your formal and independent study, extend your knowledge and skill, pro- mote curiosity, and use imagination. Only then will you be able to take your rightful place in this complex civilization of ours. Our sincere best wishes go with you as you leave East High School. I 'I Page Nine
