Under the direction of Richard Campbell, they also took part in the Christmas and Easter pageants, and sang at National Honor Induction, Dedication, and Baccalaureate ceremonies. A selected group from these fifty-five members attended the Mount Union College Music Festival. Freshman Choir Sixty voices rang out whenever our Freshman Choir took part in assemblies. Under the direction of Miss Ruth Stevenson, they participated in the Christmas and Easter assemblies. ln April they pre- sented their annual Spring Concert. Orchestra The orchestra this last year seemed much better due to the improved balance of instrumentation, an enlarged string section, and greater effort on the part of its members. Ticket Sellers Three cheers for these girls who relinquished their free time at lunch periods to make foot- ball tickets available to all stu- dents. On every corner of the stadium and in the stands this group showed their loyalty to the school and team by often- times weathering twenty-degree temperatures to get the line-ups sold to Golden Bears patrons throughout the football season.
