It is anyone's guess how they know just the right amount of food to prepare, for every day these great masters of cookery prepare an unbelievable amount of food for the ever-hungry student body and the faculty. With Miss Chase as its manager, the cafeteria is run smoothly and efficiently. These women manage to serve five lunch periods with never tiring efforts and a specialty of theirs, the friendly smile they are always ready to give you. The cafeteria prepares not just plate lunches but a variety of salads, desserts, soups, and serves ice cream. To the delight of everyone turkey was served at Thanksgiving and Christmas.
