Secretary. r s The senior officers of ’51 had the opportunity to plan for the first time, a Senior Prom held out of school. The Prom was held on April 28 at the Sky Roof of the Hotel Aladdin. A committee was chosen from the senior class to select an orchestra. Music was furnished by Les Copley’s aggregation. The backdrop for the orchestra was a drapery of gold cloth. Refreshment was obtained at a coke bar set up especially for the Prom. Guests of the Senior Class were Mr. Williams, Mr. Broadlick, members of the faculty, and a committee of parents who were chosen to chaperone the Prom. Page 21

Candidates were inducted into the organization in an assembly on May 10. The faculty committee consisted of Miss Nora Boone, Mr. Paul W. Day, Mr. Clayton Dickson, Miss Katherine Miller, Mr. L. A.
