Seniors Cheryl Jones and Karen Grunwald study while Lorraine Drze- wiecki is deep in thought. Strong, spirited, and responsible- these words well describe this year's set of seniors. Realizing fully the obligations which the graduating class must assume, they bent their efforts to the tasks at hand. They knew that their best was the least that could be offered to the school that has given them so much. In reviewing their past years at East, they appreciate their accom- plishments, but also appreciate that all is not done-that there is still a great challenge to be met. On graduation night, the audi- ence of proud parents knew that their sons or daughters had satisfactorily finished one milestone of their careers. But the future courses of these young adults must be carefully charted, lest by rash choosing, ultimate success is denied them Three wonderful years at East High will live for all time in the memories of these graduating seniors Thus, they now stand poised on the summit of their youth, the past behind, the future beckoning. They are ready to travel ahead to create new opportunities, or make the most of what advantages our great Republic, under God, has to offerg by hard work and desire they shall succeed. THOMAS ADAMANY DOROTHY ALEF KAY ALESON
