Try outs were held on February 5 and 12. Members accepted and initiated included Marifrances Fleming, Monnie Abrams, Marguerite Jacqmin, Eleanor Sacotte, Nadine McKee and Janice Abrahams. An innovation in club activities resulted in pre- paration for the Pannel Discussion held in Oshkosh on April 15. In preparation for the meet, the boys held intra-club panels on nDoes The High School Meet The Needs Of The Present Day.n Those selected to attend the meet were James E. Hansen and Dick Lewellen--who also presented their original orations there--John Munson, Robert Lavaque, George Maloney, Jack Levitas, Roland Hershman, Duke Gocke, Floyd Stender, Gordon Kelly and James D.
