All-City Choir Representatives The honored few that compose East High's group of AllCity Choir members sing so well that their talents go outside of the school to combine with voices from other schools. Under the direction of Mr. Gerald Bal- lard, the city director, this group has proven itself in many successful performances. Madrigal Singers The Madrigcil Singers are a select group of singers. Because of the enioyrnent and en- thusiasm within this group, they forfeit a portion of their lunch period for practice. Following the style of the original madrigal singers, this group sings music from the six- teenth century, the earliest secular music that existed.
