F , What is the purpose of activities? Quite simply, activities provide us with something that involves both body and mind. Band, drama, dance, ROTQ choir, speech: they allow us to express ourselves physically and mentally at one time. This stimulation motivates people to outstanding performances in their par- ticular activity.
