At the start of this year, Coach Morgan predicted a winning season in volleyball. The girls obliged him and produced a winning season for each team. The Varsity consisted of the twelve veterans of last year. The six and four record of last season improved to an eight and two record this season. The Varsity team defeated Hen- dersonville for the AAA Mini-Mac champion- ship and lost to T.C. Roberson for the overall AAA championship. The team suceeded in placing three members on the AAA Con- ference team. The honors go to Sharon Bed- dingfield, Susie Orr and Kathy jackson. is ftimiitxtg 1! The l.V. members were all newcomers to the game of Power Valleyball. However, with Mr. Morgan's coaching they had a good season ending with a six and four record, a great improvement from last year's scores.
