Election Excitement Hit EDHS Students Early SOON after the new school year start- edsthe classes plunged into the turmoil of elections. Seniors added realism to their hallot- ing by using the official voting machines and then made history hy causing a tie for the presidency. Boh Barrigar and Nlike Trautman were finally given joint control of the Class of 1959. Although not quite as exciting the under- graduates conducted spirited campaigns and chose Mike Elias to lead the juniors and Bob Klucha head of the sophomores. CITY voting machines were used and Rita Pointer. right gives instructions to Sharon Hagen as Sue Schreck ant Ken Taylor wait to ca-t their vote. COAPRESIDENTS of the senior class.
