Secretary Donnetta Schrefflet President David Robinson 960 l l 3 i l l Alb,--nv i' Trearurer We, the Class of 1957, started our freshman year with 61 pupils. During the year we lost quite a few of them. They are as follows: Elva Daniels, Arlene Paxon, Sandra Rod, Deloris Longaberger, Delores Brown, Lillian Betker, Jim King, jean Lab, Donna Lillie, Ted Shepler, Paul Paxon, Rosemary Frankfather, Barbara Smer, and Donna Wade. This year Lucy Moulin, Carol Guittar, and Carole Feiock were our only new members. Our Freshmen officers were: President-jack Martin, V. P.-Don Bardine, Secretary-Pat Srinch- comb, and Treasurer-Jim Foutz. During our Sophomore year, as in our Fresh- men year, we lost quite a few pupils. james Baldwin, Gary Casey, jim Foutz, Mike Hug, jerry Kincaid, Dick Lab, Thurlough Schwartz, Earnie Sharp, Opal Lee, Hazel Moore, Luet a Hardie, Becky Sole, Rosalie Post. We voted as officers this year Dick Baker, President, Sylvia Brozic, V.P., Pucy Moulin, Secre- tary, and Margaret Fulton Treasurer. During the summer before we became juniors, we made money at the festivals held in East Canton. This year, plus the loss of Shirley Leach, joe Mabry, Virgie Fisher, Barbara McLinden, Kenny Richards, Helen Burress, David Farrell, and Larry Hemphill, we were extremely sorry to lose, through death, Rod- ney McAdow. We will always remember his kind words and friendly ways toward other people. We were glad to accept Paul Brand, Ralph McAdow, and Ray Karp into our class. Our money making projects were selling magazines. taking enumerations. selling candy, and collecting sales tax stamps. Going from our Junior to Senior year we lost only a few students. They were Bob Bowser, Beverly Clark, jean Harris, Galyon Miller, Mary Scharver, and Lee Roy King. To make money we sold Christmas cards, candy, magazines, collected tax stampsgand held dances. We were very proud and happy for the girls that were chosen as football and basketball atten- denrs that represented our class. We were exception- ally proud of our football queen of 1956 Pat Srinch- comb and her court consisting of Lucy Moulin, -Io- Ann Alloway, Carol Gray, and jean Watkins. Also the basketball queen, Donnetta Schreffler, and the Snow Queen, Margaret Fulton. As Seniors we presented The Robe for our play. We wish to express our gratitude to the fol- lowing teachers who have sponsored us since our freshmen year began. Thank you Mrs. Koenig, Mrs. Smith, and Mrs. Moulton for sponsoring us during our Freshman year, Mrs. Moulton and Mr. Moody our Sophomore year, and Mrs. Moulton and Mr. Moody our junior year.
