SENIORS At the beginning of the school year senior officers were elected with the positions going to Walter Walker as president. Jim Smith as vice-president, Shirley Brechhill as secretary, and Delores Moretta as treasurer Walter Walker has proved to be a very capable president as he has held his office for three consecutive years. Walter has also held the position as editor of the Hornet. Jim Smith showed his ability to take over the responsibilities of president when Walter was taken ill and missed a good deal of school. Jim also had one of the leads in both the Junior and Senior class play. Shirley Brechbill proved to be an excellent secretary as she has been selected as class secretary for all of her high school years. Shirley is president of the Tri-Hi-Y and reigned as football queen at the Homecoming game and the Football dance. Delores Moretta also has held her office for four consecutive years. Dolly has always been active in sports, and also reigned as snow queen at the Christmas Dance.
