The year slowly dwindling away, the Seniors began plans for the future. Some planned to attend college, some joined the service, while marriage or work was destined for others. They attended the annual Senior Banquet at the Bakers- field Country Club and Junior-Senior Prom at the College Campus Center. Graduation time just around the corner, the Seniors were honored at the Senior Assembly where scholarships and a- words were distributed to deserving persons. They held the annual Senior Picnic at Jefferson Pork and made final preparations for graduation night.
