Holt for the past thirteen years, is truly dedicatedto the interests and well- being of our school. Putting the school and students ahead of personal interests, he exerts direct iniluence on many lives. Our high school principal, Mr. C. W. Hawkins, has charge of the high school building and students. He also teaches mathematics and has added a course in advanced math to our curri- culum. Linnemann, Alamance County Superintendent of Schools, is a well known personality at E.M. Holt. The acceptance by Alamance County voters of the recent bond issue maybe attributed inalarge part to his influence. The effects of that issue are being seen at E.M.
