Other sea duties included two years commis- sioning- crew ,of USS BAlN- BRIDGE QCGN-251 as Missile Ordnance and, Anti-Submarine Warfare Officer, a .return.tour on USS BAINBRIDGE in 1968 as Weapons Officer,1Executive Officer of USSPDALE QCG-19, and Com- manding ,Officer of USS TATT- ,NALL QDDG-192. He ,attended the -Engineer- ing Science Courseat the Naval' Postgraduate School, ,Monterey, Calif., and holds a Master 'of Sci- ence Degree in Administration, spe- cializing in Computer System Man- agement from George Washington University. He also attended the Industrial College of the Armed Forces in- 1977-78 and CAPSTONE in 1987. Rear Admiral Guilbault's awards include the Legion of Merit, the Meritorious Service Medal, the Navy Commendation Medal with two Stars and the Navy Unit Com- mendation Ribbon. , Rear Admiral Guilbault is mar- ried to the former l-luguette Coulais of Casablanca, Morocco. They have five children: Kim, Lance, Michele, Marc and Paul.
