A rare moment of inactivity tudent Council Executive Committee The Student Council Executive Committee consists of officers: President Dave Devlin, Vice President Lew Lanham, Corresponding Secretary Kathy Loulan, Recording Secretary janet Xlifade, Treasurer Barbara Lathroum, and Parliamentarian Bill Haskell. All of these officers are elected by the student body at the end of the school year. Besides planning the agenda for representative meetings and putting new proposals into some kind of a workable blueprint, the President, backed by the other officers, appoints standing committee chairmen.
